Refund Policy

  • If you find any defects or issues with your order please let us know via email within 3-5 days of delivery. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED WITH NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR OR USE.

  • ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS & SHIPPED USING USPS. LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE, SEE PICKIP INSTRUCTIONS. 

  • Shipping time- is 2-5 business days for estimated delivery. However, please allow extra delivery  time due to COVID 19.

Pick Up Instructions

Pick-Up
  • Use code LOCAL at time of checkout. 

  • Pickup is ONLY available at our scheduled time listed below.

  • Monday-Friday 5:30pm-7pm. 

  • You will have 2 days to pickup your package, if you haven’t done so in the time frame allotted you will be sent a shipping invoice via email that must be paid within 24hrs. 

  • If not paid within the time frame your order will be re-stocked and you will be charged a $5 re-stocking  fee and you will be refunded the remainder. 

  • If you need your order delivered, a $10 delivery fee will be added to your order cost for all deliveries located within 28560-2. If you are located outside of the 28560-2 zip code you will have to have your order shipped, or arrange pickup.

  • WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY AT OUR DISCRETION.
